When and Where is Education Estates® 2023 taking place?

Education Estates® 2023 is being held at Manchester Central on the 17th and 18th October 2023.

Please make sure to register for the day/s you wish to attend.

Opening Times:

Tuesday 17 October - Conference & Exhibition  - 08:45 - 17:45

Wednesday 18 October - Conference & Exhibition - 09:00 - 16:30

Is Education Estates® 2023 attendance free?

Public Sector

  • The Exhibition and Conference are free for all Public Sector attendees on both days

           Attendance at the conference is free for those directly employed in schools, colleges, universities, government and local authorities (including governors and             independent schools)*

            *All registrations will be verified by the organiser and anyone not deemed as public sector will be contacted to amend their registration.

Private Sector

  • If you wish to visit the Exhibition Only, this is free for Private Sector attendees to walk around on both days as a Visitor
  • Private Sector attendees will need to pay to attend any of the Conference on both days of Education Estates® 2023

What is the EduFringe Programme?

Confirmed Events include:

  • Opening Party: All exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, attendees are invited to the Education Estates® opening party on Monday 16 October from 18:30 to 20:30, with a complimentary bar & DJ
  • Relax & Reboot Lounge: TG Escapes design with well-being in mind and they are extending this benefit to our attendees, offering a free health shot and the chance to relax, refresh and reboot
  • EduFest: Sponsored by CIOB, EduFest is a complimentary drinks reception, bringing together delegates, visitors, exhibitors and speakers in the central catering area
  • Campfire: We’re excited to offer an exhibitor the opportunity to curate and host 7 campfire sessions at Education Estates® 2023
  • Closing Party: We will be closing this year's Education Estates® in style! Keep your eyes peeled for details

What should I bring to Education Estates® 2023?

We recommend bringing the following essentials:

  • A reusable water bottle (there will be water stations available to fill these up onsite)
  • A way of taking notes (Notepad, Laptop, iPad etc), there will be lots of conference sessions offering lots of opportunities to learn!
  • Business Cards, or a way of sharing your details with the peers you meet whilst networking.
  • Some attendees may wish to wear comfortable shoes.

Is there a Cloakroom at Education Estates®?

The cloakroom is situated in the main registration area outside the exhibition hall and is open for the duration of Education Estates®. There is no charge to leave everyday items in the cloakroom. 

Registration FAQs

How do I register the employees of my company, friends, teachers, etc.?

Every attendee to Education Estates® 2023 needs to be registered separately in order to attend, please register Here

Those registering with the same Email Address as a Colleague will not be able to register.

How do I receive my badge?

Your badge will be ready for you to collect upon arrival at Education Estates® 2023. To help speed up the collection process, having your confirmation email to hand may help.

No need to print anything yourself!
