We are excited to announce the launch of a new event, the European Universities Estates Congress, to be held on 26-27 February 2025 at RAI Amsterdam, held in collaboration with the University Design Forum.

The Congress is concentrated on higher education and aims to bring estates and facilities professionals together from across Europe to inspire, share best practice and discuss approaches to common challenges, such as sustainability, health & wellbeing, student experience, building performance & operation and good estate management.

The Congress will be biennial and, like Education Estates®, it will be free to attend for all those directly employed in universities from across Europe and the UK. A delegate fee will apply for the private sector. The exhibition will be free for all to attend.

There will be 3 conference stages for education estates professionals to come together to share knowledge and best practice to take back to their universities. In addition to the 3 dedicated conference stages there will be a workshop/roundtable area for education estates professionals to deep dive into selected conference themes across the two days.

Please note that we will be issuing a ‘Call for Presentations’ at the start of March 2024. The Call for Presentations will close at 23:59 on Friday 30 May 2024.
