New for 2026: Fireside Exchange
This year on the exhibition floor, we are launching a new feature designed to create real conversation and meaningful engagement.
Fireside Exchange is an intimate, discussion-led space running alongside the main conference stages. Instead of presentations and slides, the focus is on open dialogue, insight sharing and sector discussion.
The setting will feature:
- Lounge-style seating for up to five speakers
- Space for around 18 seated attendees plus standing room
- A professionally produced branded backdrop
- No screen, keeping the focus firmly on conversation
The aim is simple: create a relaxed but high-quality environment where partners can explore challenges, share expertise and connect directly with the
Education Estates® audience.
We are offering a limited number of sponsored Fireside Exchange sessions, giving architects, contractors and consultants the opportunity to curate and deliver a 60-minute discussion aligned to key themes at the event.
