Leaders in Estates Programme

Hosted at Education Estates® 2026

New for 2026, the Leaders in Estates Programme (LIEP) has been created to support senior public sector estates professionals in attending
Education Estates®. Designed as an invitation-only initiative, the programme brings together leaders responsible for shaping and managing the education estate, offering a valuable opportunity to gain insight, share experiences and build meaningful connections with peers across the sector.

We recognise that travel and accommodation costs can sometimes make attendance difficult to justify. Through the LIEP programme, invited delegates will receive a complimentary hotel room during the event. Delegates will also benefit from full access to Education Estates®, including both days of conference content across seven themed stages and the exhibition showcasing innovative solutions for the education sector. Simply arrange your travel to Manchester and we will take care of the rest.

Places on the programme are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Participation is by invitation only, with one place available per organisation.(priority given to those travelling furthest; car park spaces available to those who don't need accommodation)
