The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), founded in 1868, is a UK-based global professional body that sets and upholds standards in land, property, construction, and infrastructure. With over 130,000 members worldwide, RICS promotes ethical practice, provides trusted guidance, and helps shape sustainable and resilient environments through its regulatory and advisory roles.
Talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not. The Talent Foundry (TTF), a UK education charity, bridges this gap to improve social mobility for young people underserved schools.
Educational inequalities are vast, and the widening disadvantage gap is diminishing social mobility progress. Working with partners and volunteers from the education estates sector we deliver industry-focused, skills workshops to enhance confidence and opportunities for over 60,000 young people each year.
What is The Trust Network?
The Trust Network (TTN) is the national hub for school estates professionals – connecting, supporting, and representing them to maintain and develop safe, compliant, and sustainable schools.
TTN is a free, independent membership body for estates and facilities in Academy Trusts.

University Design Forum is an independent organisation founded to promote high quality and sustainable design in university campuses, buildings and facilities, in the knowledge that this enhances teaching, learning, research and public engagement.
We organise tours, workshops and debates across the UK, including an overseas study tour and an annual conference. Our aim is to promote design excellence in the sector and we do this by commissioning research, hosting exhibitions and making films. We are also building a body of case studies and building data sheets as a point of reference for those interested in designing or developing university projects.
