Sponsoring a Stage: £1,750 + VAT (for exhibitors & sponsors) / £2,750 + VAT (non-exhibitors)

Stages available to sponsor are: Design, Construction & Delivery Stage, Estates & Facilities Management Stage, Refurbishment Reuse & Adaptation Stage, SEND Stage and the Sustainability Stage (up to 4 Sponsors per stage).

  • Logo to feature on the stage you’ve decided to sponsor, denoting your company as a sponsor of that stage
  • Logo to be included on your chosen stage rigging signage, elevated above the stage for attendees to see

Fireside Exchange: £1,750 + VAT
  • This year on the exhibition floor, we are launching a new feature designed to create real conversation and meaningful engagement.
  • Fireside Exchange is an intimate, discussion-led space running alongside the main conference stages. Instead of presentations and slides, the focus is on open dialogue, insight sharing and sector discussion.
  • We are offering a limited number of sponsored Fireside Exchange sessions, giving architects, contractors and consultants the opportunity to curate and deliver a 60-minute discussion aligned to key themes at the event.
